The Issue Closest to Obama’s Heart

is apparently killing almost-born babies. Just check out this link and video of his 2007 speech to Planned Parenthood. He says about partial-birth abortion, “On this issue I will not yield.”

For that alone, we should never elect him to any public office.

  1. Granted you have a good point, but what do we do in the event that we have two candidates that are not pro life? McCain is not really pro life (some try to say he is, but he’s not), and Clinton/Obama are certainly not. Then what? Do we just not vote? Just things to consider from my perspective.

Yeah, I meant to link to Pastor John Piper’s 1995 article on politics and one-issue voting, and I agree with him there (obviously).

The main thing in this election, then, would be to what degree or how well each candidate defends life, and then the choice would rest on the better (not best) candidate. It is clear that Barack Obama is not that candidate, plain and simple.

Somehow i missed the point. Probably lost in translation 🙂 Anyway … nice blog to visit.

    cheers, Caruncular!!!
