Spurgeon on Reading the Bible

I was not in a frame of mind to judge God’s Word, but I accepted it without demur [objection]; I did not venture to sit in judgment upon my Judge, and become the reviser of the unerring God. Whatever I found to be in His Word, I received it with intense joy.
